This holiday rental is modern and functionally furnished for 4 people max. It is a three storey building (without elevator) with partially semicircular rooms. The breathtaking view of the old town from the top floor makes up for the unusual layout of this building.

There are parking facilities nearby which are subject to a charge during the day.

The watch tower is ideally situated next to the historic round tour and is only 400 m away from the city centre (and shopping centre).  There is a range of opportunities for relaxation: a pedestrian area, an educational nature / vineyard trail, hiking trails, cycle paths, rentabike, restaurants, boat tours, a ship lock, fishing, wineries, etc.

This holiday rental is equipped with a 220 V power connection, radiator, TV, and running hot and cold water. There is a living room, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a kitchen with a fridge, dish-cleaner and crockery. Sheets and towels available. Final cleaning 50 €.

Outside the high season weekend, midweek or monthly rental possible.
