A house with character for 2 people, located in the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes, next to the house of the owner. It is an old farmhouse from 1773, located on a 28-acre lot in the center of Eschweiler.

Ground floor : 40m2, living room, open kitchen, shower room (shower, washbasin, WC)

1st floor : bedroom, 37m2, double bed 180x200, toilet, washbasin

Minimum stay : 2 nights

This charming holiday home is the ideal starting point to discover the Éislek (Oesling), the Belgian Ardennes or Luxembourg.

Atmosphere : The apartment is housed in a former bakery, which was classified as a national monument by the Ministry of National Sites and Monuments. On the 1st floor are wooden furniture and floors made of solid oak and walls made of clay plaster.

Kitchen equipment : oven, electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine.

Underfloor heating and radiators, firewood available.

Living room : WIFI access, TV, music, wood burning stove, small wine cellar / brandy / gin (extra charge).

Bedroom : cotton sheets available.

Outside : terrace, barbecue, games room (not heated) with table football, ...

Eco-gîte : compulsory recycling, central heating with shavings, natural materials.

No smoking, pets are not allowed.

Price : 100 €/night, minimum rental 2 nights or weekly price 600 €

Deposit : 300 € will be refunded.

Compulsory final cleaning 60 €.

On request : breakfast 10 €/person, visit to our distillery with tasting 10 €/person, hiking maps (many walks from the house possible).
